• Identity Data: We use Google OAuth via Supabase to manage accounts. We collect and store your email address, first name, and last name to link your account and subscription.
• Payment Data: Your identity information is shared with Stripe during payment processing for Pro or Lifetime plans.
• AI Context: When using AI tools, only the necessary snippet or formula context you provide is shared with AI providers (OpenAI) for processing.
• Analytics: We use PostHog to understand how you use Sheetsbase (clicks, feature usage, errors). We do NOT collect your private spreadsheet data or personal formulas via analytics.

2. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following secure providers to power Sheetsbase:

• Supabase: Secure authentication and database storage.
• Stripe: Payment infrastructure and billing management.
• OpenAI: AI processing for formula generation and explanation.
• PostHog: Product analytics and error tracking.

3. Your Rights & Consent

• Analytics Opt-Out: You can manage your analytics consent anytime in the extension Settings → Legal.
• Data Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the extension settings.
• GDPR/CCPA: We comply with standard privacy regulations. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

4. Security

We utilize industry-standard secure infrastructure to protect your information. While we strive for absolute security, no system is entirely impenetrable.
